Here is the 2 Bedroom Lock Out

 

Above we have a 2 Bedroom Lockout Floorplan

The reason that I have placed this here first is because, if you are renting a 1 bedroom, there is a good chance that you will be placed in a partial lockout unit. at Ocean Walk the Lockout was explained ::: HERE.

This lockout floorplan can be found in the south tower in the 04 & 11 units….

As you can see in above floor plan — the lockout doors are at the main entrance and if they are closed — they will seperate a 2 bedroom into a

1 bedroom deluxe + 1 bedroom suite.  If you rent the 2 Bedroom Lockout — you will find that there are 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms and 2 wahers and dryers.  Time to check out the next condo type — the 2 Bedroom Deluxe

 

Above  is the 2 Bedroom Deluxe Condo, as you can see the living areas are centrally located and the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo. Baths are located off bedrooms and balcony is off living room.

 

Below is the 3 bedroom floorplan. All 3 bedrooms are int he north tower and all 3 bedrooms are oceanfront.

Above in the 3 bedroom — you will see that Bedroom #2 & #3 are along the public corrider and the master bedroom will have a window that looks out at the ocean.

The Presidential Suite::

This is a 4 bedroom — fully upgraded condo — you will have the flat screens and granite counter tops — stainless steel appliances… I have been able to book these about 1x/year…. these condos are really hard to find — if you get a chance to rent one — please,  please, please send me pictures…….
